The core of Substance Abuse Treatment at Complete Wellness Addiction Center  is the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Intensive group treatment is available several times a week. Each participant receives an initial assessment and regular individual counseling sessions. Our Outpatient Program is a step down for people that have been in recovery for several months but continue to need support.

Intensive outpatient treatment for substance abuse addiction is also available for those individuals that also have a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.

The daily intensive outpatient group introduces participants to a new topic every day. Though following a strict curriculum, each client is treated according to their individual needs.

All groups are offered at our beautiful Mount Vernon location. Each group session is broken down into three 50-minute hours with a ten minute break in between. Typically clients start out at four days per week then are stepped down to three days per week before being stepped down to the Outpatient Program.
