Schedule an Appointment
If you are already a patient of a Complete Wellness clinician, you may request a follow up appointment using the link to your provider below. If your provider is not listed, then the online scheduling portal for that provider has not yet been enabled. You will need to email our office at Office@CompleteW.com to request an appointment
1. To use the online scheduling portal, you must already be a patient of the Complete Wellness clinician with whom you're trying to schedule with your last appointment no more than 90 days ago.
2. Your chosen appointment time is a request and must be acnolwedged by the front office.
3. If you have not gotten a confirmation of your apointment within 48 hours, please contact the front office.
4. Please only schedule one appointment using the scheduling portal. Extra appointments will be canceled.
