Rebecca Drury, LGPC

Guided by the belief that healing is a collaborative journey of connection, growth, and transformation, Becca Drury, LGPC, brings a productive and positive outlook to therapy. Warm and empathetic, Becca believes that every individual has the innate ability to heal and grow in mind, body, and spirit. She creates a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen and valued, partnering with them to foster a deeper connection with self and others.

Becca celebrates both progress and the quest for greater well-being while honoring each client’s unique path. Her work is imbued with humor and a sense of hope and optimism, focusing not only on alleviating pain but on building strengths, nurturing resilience, and empowering individuals to thrive. 

Earning her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Baltimore, she focused on an integrative and

humanistic approach to mental health. She completed herclinical training at Complete Wellness, working with clients experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Additionally, Becca received her Certified Trauma Professional certification for continued education in trauma treatment. Her integrative approach to therapy is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while also incorporating somatic interventions, and relational therapy, as well as interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), depending on the unique needs of her clients.

Becca is passionate about helping individuals of all ages become the best version of themself and live a valued life through individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent coaching both in-person and online. She is now accepting new clients at Complete Wellness and offers daytime and evening appointments.
