The Complete Wellness IRB is to ensure compliance with the Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects (45 CFR Part 46). The Complete Wellness IRB will review all research conducted by Complete Wellness personnel that directly, or indirectly, involves human subjects.

Document Name | Description |

IRB Request for Continuing Review or Modification | After an IRB application has been submitted, there may be a need to modify the IRB application because something about the research proposal has changed. |
IRB Full | Application for full IRB review for research with human subjects. |
IRB Expedited | Researchers may ask for an expedited review of their research proposal if they believe a full IRB board review is not required. |
IRB Exempt | Some research may not require a full IRB review. This application is to be used to apply for IRB exemption from full board review. |
IRB Submission Checklist | To ensure a smooth IRB review process, a checklist was created to make sure that researchers submit all ncecessary information and documents when asking for a review. |
