Ramona Pickett, MHA
After retiring from the United States Air Force, Ramona Pickett has spent over 5 years bring her professional discipline and organizational skills to Complete Wellness. Ramona Pickett is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of running Complete Wellness. In addition to tending to the individual needs of the Complete Wellness clinical team, she is responsible for scheduling appointments, billing collection, data entry, filing, records auditing, and office administration recruiting and staffing.
Ramona organizes and coordinates office operations to achieve optimal productivity and effectiveness. She is committed to providing exceptional day-to-day operational and technical leadership on a variety of administrative matters.
While she embodies the Complete Wellness values of being Nice, Competent, Collaborative, and Fun, Ramona demonstrates respect for patients and staff and maintains HIPAA patient confidentiality standards at all times. She serves as a resourceful and compassionate first point-of-contact for the office. Ramona Pickett has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and board member of University of Phoenix DMV Alumni Association.
