We now have 4 psychiatric nurse practitioners to meet the needs of anyone needing medication management for mental health reasons. See the "Our Team" tab at the top of the page. 

We have counselors and new interns ready to meet the counseling needs of anyone in need. We even have a sliding scale fee for those that have difficulty with the cost. You can refer to https://www.completew.com/ssf for more information on the sliding scale fee program. 

We are resuming our Anxiety Group which will be conducted in person at our Madison Street Office. You can sign up directly from the website: https://www.completew.com/anxiety-group. This group will be open for the first 5 sessions and closed thereafter. Please signup to reserve your seat in the group. 

Effective January 1, 2024, the fee for missed appointment is $75 per missed appointment. Please refer to the informed consent for details on canceling an appointment.

In 2023, we saw 366 new patients. 

Overall, we completed 3916 medication management appointments (97% virtual) and 5357 counseling sessions (79% virtual). We also completed 150 family sessions. We completed 464 sessions through our sliding scale fee program.

If you have a deductible on your insurance plan, it may reset on or near January 1 or July 1.This means your per session amount will be more. Please check your insurance company for details.

The 2024 open enrollment for most insurance plans has recently ended so please make sure you send us your updated insurance information to office@CompleteW.com

To ensure we have the most up-to-date information our front office will be requesting updated demographic information. We also want to make sure you've reviewed and signed the most current informed consent.

Effective January 1, 2025, Dr. Whitten's out of pocket rate will be $250 per session for Individual Psychotherapy and Couple's Counseling. For other services such as Forensic Evaluations and Mediation Services, you may contact the office. 

Effective July 1, 2025, Dr. Whitten will not longer accept all insurance plans. He will only be accepting Medicare and Tricare for services provided. 

All other clinicians at Complete Wellness will continue to accept the same insurance plans.
