Mindfulness Meditation Training Facilitator
Ben Browning works as an Operations Specialist for Complete Wellness. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 2020 with a degree in neuroscience. Personally and professionally, Ben has studied Western neurological and psychological models of consciousness, Buddhist and Hindu philosophies and doctrines, psychedelic research, and an array of meditation techniques.
Ben has also attended mindfulness retreats where he learned from expert meditators. Ben’s deepest source of passion for meditation stems from his own personal experience. Ben's mindfulness practice helped free him from depression by allowing him to fully accept his circumstances without judgment, both internally and externally. By staying consistent with his practice, Ben has found a true contentment in life that has given him the mental space to improve his quality of life in a number of ways.
Ben completed certification to teach mindfulness in April 2022.
