Eating Mindfully Group

Complete Wellness is happy to host a psychotherapy group for those that struggle with binge eating.  Eating Mindfully will be a group facilitated by Nina Dillenbeck, LGPC.


The group will help participants learn how to end mindless eating and have a realistic relationship with food.  Group members will also learn how to:

  • Stop the endless cycles of binge eating.  

  • Start  coping with your emotions without using food to do it

  • Eat mindfully, not mindlessly 

  • Love food and yourself

The group will meet weekly on Mondays at 7:30 PM at Complete Wellness
